These terms form an agreement between you and Kindle. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Kindle lets you connect your own advertising, analytics and commerce accounts, plan and publish campaigns, generate creative content, capture leads and review performance. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn as the product develops.
When you connect an advertising, analytics or commerce account, you authorise Kindle to read data and, where you ask for it, to create and manage campaigns on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, their decisions about your account, or changes they make to their APIs. You can disconnect any platform at any time.
Your advertising budget is paid directly to the advertising platforms using the payment method you hold with them. Kindle does not collect or hold your ad spend, and your subscription fee is separate from it. You are responsible for the content and legality of the advertising you publish, including any claims made and any rules the platforms apply.
Images, video, copy and recommendations produced by the service are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published, and for making sure it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
You keep ownership of the brand material, campaign content and data you bring into or create with the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service, including sending it to the AI and advertising providers required for the features you use.
We may suspend an account that breaches these rules.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and platform changes can cause interruptions or delays in data syncing.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising performance, lost revenue or indirect losses. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your workspace content is deleted and stored platform credentials are revoked, subject to records we must keep.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the application, and continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
